You voluntarily provide this information to FCAEC when you email or complete any form(s) online on the FCAEC website. FCAEC only shares personal information with your consent or when necessary to undertake transactions you have authorized. For example, we may share and/or verify your information with the UConn Extension programs (Nutrition and Health, Urban Agriculture, 4-H, Master Gardener) to better provide you with membership services and events within our organization.

For example, when you register for an event or make a donation, the information you provide is entered into our third-party Customer Relationship Management (CMS) system and used solely to complete that transaction. Any information you provide is sent via an encrypted connection to our third-party eCommerce Payment Processors (i.e., Zeffy, PayPal, Stripe) under their terms and policies. FCAEC does not store or have access to your financial information (i.e., credit cards and bank accounts).
Retention of Personal Information
FCAEC retains personal information related to your interactions with the FCAEC website for as long as needed to provide our services to you and to fulfill transactions you have initiated. You may submit a request for your personal information to be deleted from our systems via email at
